I really like the product and the quality is indeed there. I decided to spend more money and buy Ugreen because I know that quality is assured. But I am very disappointed in what I believe is a bad decision regarding the functions of the product: the main button doesn't activate the phone's assistant in order to do whatever I need while I drive (so I don't have to touch the phone). It redials the last called number. That's it. What if I need to call someone else? Instead of putting a button that does everything they chose a button that only redials. So I'm not super happy with the purchase, because I still need to touch my phone while I drive in order to do things, but at least now my car is Bluetooth… Oh and the glue doesn't stick on the panel.
